What is our approach? Well that depends on the need. We always start with a discussion of the needs/challenges from the client’s perspective. A rough scope outline is prepared by Edgescape Consulting and discussed with the client before proceeding any further. If the scope is narrow and/or does not impact other functions then a detailed proposal is prepared. If the project is cross-functional in nature, then we discuss the project with other key individuals in your organization and make adjustment in scope and approach as necessary. Based on those conversations we will then develop a detailed proposal. All proposals include scope, methodology, deliverables, timeline, and cost. process@edgescapeconsulting.com
